A dream Warehouse venue Melbourne
The Third Day in North Melbourne is an extremely versatile space making it the perfect choice for any type of event. The venue has recently undergone renovations and can now play host to anything from product launches and corporate conferences to birthdays and weddings. The centre of the venue has an open roof giving the whole space an open-air warehouse feel. Despite this, The Third Day is still fully functional throughout the colder months with plenty of heating and cover.

“The warehouse block is large, and the venue sprawling: think more open-air art bar than a cramped club, with space enough to expand themselves — and plans to do so soon. “Being in Melbourne is a bit like the Berlin way too,” says Rob. “You’ve got to seek out your parties. It might not look like much from outside, but inside it’s huge — people are saying they’ve never seen anything like it here.” Where can you find this summer paradise? Tucked up on Macaulay Road in North Melbourne, right next to Macaulay station, which means it’s only two stops from Southern Cross Station and three from Melbourne Central (depending on which way the blessed city loop is going of course).”- The Urban List

“These spunky brewsters have converted an old warehouse into a roofless café, bar and event space. You don’t think of the industrial part of North Melbourne as a honeypot for Melbourne’s bar scene, but the Third Day is delightfully proving us wrong. Located conveniently beside Macaulay Station on the Upfield line, this is quite the catch-all venue: an open-air café serving sandwiches, salads and freshly brewed coffee in the morning; a cavernous space to chill out on Friday nights with food trucks and beers on tap; and on weekends it transforms for various kinds of Warehouse Venues Melbourne and events. Behind the bar, you’ll find a rotating selection of beer on tap, with Furphy as the house pour. Bartenders also serve up a range of house cocktails that change throughout the season. Given the open roof, this place thrives in summer.” – Time Out

“Normally a fire that burns out a warehouse doesn’t exactly spell good fortune, but for the creators of new events space The Third Day things turned out pretty well. Originally a costume warehouse in the 1920s, the space in North Melbourne was struck by fire seven years ago and has laid dormant ever since — that is, until about a year ago, when The Third Day team took ownership and started work. “We’ve had the venue for a year, and feel like we’ve been sitting on it since then and nobody knows,” he says. “There’s a big social media roll-out happening now and we’re looking at lots of events too.” – Concrete Playground

Events We Have Hosted
“We are fortunate to have secured an amazing venue for our pre-ride staging area and post-ride celebrations. They have converted an abandoned 1920s warehouse to an outstanding Warehouse Venue Melbourne which is a perfect place for us to base our ride. Check out their website, look at the pictures, then go and see for yourself what a great spot this is. The Third Day has been extremely generous in making their venue available for our 2019 ride. The Third Day is a major supporter of WNBR Melbourne. We would appreciate you visiting them as often as possible to thank them for their outstanding support to us. All details of The Third Day, including the address and opening hours, are on our link to their website.” – World Naked Bike Ride
